About the Game
Rampart blends tower defense strategy with real-time action, where players defend their castle by placing walls and cannons against waves of invading enemies. The game alternates between a tile-placement phase where you strategically rebuild your fortress and a combat phase where your cannons automatically fire at approaching troops. You must manage limited resources and positioning to survive escalating enemy waves across multiple difficulty levels. The SNES version brought this arcade classic home with polished controls and additional game modes.
