Shadowrun

Shadowrun is a cyberpunk-fantasy RPG hybrid where magic and technology coexist in a dystopian future. Players create a shadowrunner — a mercenary equipped with cyberware, magic, or both — and undertake dangerous missions in a world run by mega-corporations and ruled by elves, dwarves, and humans. Combat blends real-time action with turn-based tactical strategy, requiring players to manage resources, hacking, and spell casting simultaneously. The SNES version features a compelling campaign driven by detective noir storytelling, memorable characters like Jake Armitage, and morally complex choices that affect the narrative outcome.
