Simpsons, The - Bart Vs. The Space Mutants

The Simpsons: Bart vs. the Space Mutants is a 2D side-scrolling platformer where you play as Bart Simpson. Bart wears special X-ray glasses that reveal aliens disguised as Springfield residents. He must stop the aliens' plan to build a weapon by collecting and destroying 24 purple objects (like soda cans, hats, balloons, exit signs, or nuclear rods across levels). The levels are the streets of Springfield, Springfield Mall, Krustyland Amusement Park, a natural history museum, and the Springfield Nuclear Power Plant. Bart uses his skateboard and items while avoiding aliens and mutants. What makes it stand out is the unique X-ray vision mechanic allowing Bart to see through disguises in an otherwise typical platformer with Simpsons humor and multi-level progression.
