Tetris 64

Tetris 64 is a Japan-exclusive puzzle game for the Nintendo 64 that adapts classic tetromino stacking to the console. In standard Tetris mode, players clear lines by rotating and placing falling pieces to prevent the play area from filling. Giga Tetris mode features larger tetriminos that break into smaller pieces upon line clears for varied challenges. The innovative Bio Tetris mode uses the N64's Bio Sensor accessory (packaged with the game) to detect heart rate and dynamically alter piece shapes and complexity. Up to four players compete in simultaneous multiplayer across modes. The game stands out for its unique heart-rate responsive gameplay and its exclusive use of the Bio Sensor among N64 titles.
