About the Game
Tsuyoshi Shikkari Shinasai: Taisen Puzzle Dama is a 1994 Super Famicom puzzle game from Konami's Taisen Puzzle-Dama series, based on the manga Tsuyoshi Shikkari Shinasai. Players compete by stacking pairs of colorful orbs that disappear in groups of three when adjacent; matches chain to clear the field and trap orbs in blocks. Defeating characters unlocks their unique block drop patterns, adding strategy. Modes include free VS battles (with unlockable characters like the protagonist Tsuyoshi, Yoshiko, Keiko and more) and story mode (sequential battles as Tsuyoshi against other characters). It stands out for character-specific patterns that create dynamic combos, humorous slice-of-life manga themes with everyday characters (including a dog), and tactical depth beyond standard Puyo Puyo clones.
