Aidyn Chronicles: The First Mage

Aidyn Chronicles: The First Mage is a single-player turn-based RPG set in a 3D fantasy world. Players control Alaron, a young squire poisoned by goblins while searching for the missing farmer Kendall. The story follows Alaron's quest to find a cure and uncover his true heritage as he gathers allies and navigates castles, forests, and towns in a nonlinear open-world environment. The party includes up to 12 recruitable characters such as the wizard Rheda, warrior Abrecan, thief Keelin, and others like Brenna, Godric, and Arturo, each with unique backstories and roles. Gameplay features customizable stats (Strength, Dexterity, Intelligence, Endurance, Willpower, Stamina), skill trees for Wizard, Warrior, Thief, and Alchemy, and a distinctive turn-based combat system where characters move in circles and players select targets in real-time within the turn. The game stands out with its deep character customization, naming magic for custom attacks, and epic scale for an N64 RPG.
