Alex Kidd - Cheongong Maseong

Alex Kidd - Cheongong Maseong (also known as Alex Kidd in the Enchanted Castle) is a classic side-scrolling platformer where the martial arts prodigy Alex Kidd navigates eleven levels filled with enemies, obstacles, and collectibles on the fictional planet Paperock. Gameplay mechanics center on precise platforming jumps, punches that break rocks into gold coins (Baums), and kicks; players collect power-ups and vehicles like the Sukopako Motorcycle, Pedicopter (pedal-powered helicopter that launches missiles), and Pogo Stick. Story follows Alex searching for his long-lost father King Thor amid various opponents. A signature rock-paper-scissors (Janken) mini-game in gambling houses awards unique items and abilities. The game stands out with its innovative vehicle variety, one-hit-kill danger, and return of the Janken mechanic from the series, blending fast platforming with strategic item acquisition.
