About the Game
Custodian is a 2018 horizontal shooter ported to Sega Genesis by Piko Interactive from the original Amiga version developed by Realms Software Concepts. As the custodian of an alien warlord's tomb, the player must protect it from energy-draining parasites by collecting pods and destroying them in annihilation chambers. Features 4 large scrolling levels, 10 weapon types, power-ups, and chiptune music. Single-player only, with a time limit based on tomb energy. Stands out as a licensed port of the 1989 cult classic with arcade-style challenges and survival mechanics.
