Cyber Knight II - Chikyuu Teikoku no Yabou

Cyber Knight II: Chikyuu Teikoku no Yabou is a strategy RPG developed by Group SNE and published by Tonkin House in 1994 for the SNES. Set in the 24th century, the surviving crew of the starship Swordfish returns to Earth only to be imprisoned by the Earth Federation, a military dictatorship under a new dictator seeking to seize their advanced alien technology. The story centers on a civil war among federated planets and the creation of revolutionary new weapons called Metalliforms, which the General plans to deploy for galaxy-wide conquest. Gameplay features modular robot battles on a 6x5 grid with module-specific weapons, options, and fields for protection or jamming; players manage the crew's attributes, explore planets, and navigate strategic combat and exploration modes.
