Double Month Transmission

Shuang Yue Zhuan (aka Shinpuu Ken) is a classic Chinese-hacked Action/Adventure RPG for the Famicom/NES. Players take on the role of a legendary swordsman fighting to protect the nation from invading forces. The core gameplay involves real-time combat, exploration of dungeons and open worlds, and character progression with customizable skills and weapons. The story follows the hero's journey through battles against powerful enemies and a mysterious prophecy. Key characters include the protagonist and his loyal companions. What makes it stand out is the authentic NES gameplay, deep RPG elements adapted from Japanese origins, and heavy Chinese localization with custom dialogue.
