Mickey's Ultimate Challenge

Mickey's Ultimate Challenge is a puzzle-platform game for the Game Gear where players control Mickey Mouse or Minnie Mouse to explore the Kingdom of Beanwick castle and solve its mysteries. The story follows the siblings helping the kingdom recover from rumbling skies caused by earth tremors, with Mickey or Minnie collecting items to return to normal size. Mickey performs only three actions: walking, jumping, and passing through doors, requiring careful puzzle-solving across five mini-games. Players collect objects from Disney characters like Donald Duck (wizard), Daisy Duck (princess), Huey, Dewey, and Louie, Goofy (blacksmith), and Horace Horsecollar to save Beanwick. Gameplay emphasizes simple mechanics, alphabetical sorting of floating books in the library, matching pictures before time runs out, pushing potions to reach normal size, matching pipes for music, and cleaning tools while earning items from each character. It stands out as a short, accessible family puzzle title with minimal controls and vibrant Disney visuals aimed at young children.
