About the Game
Titan is a 2D side-scrolling action game released in 1990 for the Famicom, a conversion of the 1988 arcade version by Titus France. Gameplay is a Breakout-style brick breaker with added Y-axis control: the player guides a paddle to bounce a ball, destroying bricks while avoiding hazards that destroy the ball. Single-player mode only, with no complex story or characters. What makes it stand out is the dimensional movement allowing dynamic ball tracking across the screen, providing simple yet engaging puzzle-action gameplay on the NES hardware.
