Saint Seiya - Golden Legend Concluding Arc

Saint Seiya: Ougon Densetsu Kanketsu Hen (黄金传说完结篇) is a side-scrolling Action RPG for the Famicom/NES. Players control the five Bronze Saints (Seiya, Shiryu, Hyoga, Shun, and Ikki) to navigate a side-scrolling platforming stage, defeating enemies and collecting power-ups to increase their Seventh Sense. Before entering each of the 12 Gold Zodiac temples, a strategy battle against the Temple Guardian uses timed attacks and defensive stances inspired by the anime's combat system. Completing the game requires precise timing and knowledge of the original story to avoid Game Over. It stands out for faithfully adapting the 'Golden Legend' manga chapter into a unique mix of platforming, combat, and puzzle elements not found in other Saint Seiya games.
